SeniorNet Rotorua aims to assist all older people in the Rotorua community to gain confidence in using and enjoying technology such as computers, tablets, smartphones and smart watches. We do not have a physical learning centre, but through arrangements with and support from the public library, Age Concern and the Parksyde Community Centre, we have access to very good venues at no cost. We run twice-weekly drop-in assistance sessions for the general public, and also periodically run series of 10 twice-monthly public technical workshop sessions under the general title “Talking Tech on Tuesdays.”
